FSU members at CBA’s Melbourne Operations Centre were concerned when details of individual sick leave and performance results within a team were reported to all team members, and contacted the union for assistance when they were unable to get a satisfactory response local management.

FSU brought the matter to the bank’s attention, and we are happy to report that following the union’s intervention, the practice has ceased.
