Through their collective action, FSU members working in the Home Security Monitoring team at IAG achieved an improvement in the safety of staff working night shifts.

As the team leader in the area was not able to be contacted 24/7 and rostered staff were sometimes taking on extra responsibilities at nights and on weekends, the same FSU members successfully campaigned for a 13.75% loading to be paid to a 2IC on night and weekend shifts.
