FSU members in CGU’s Melbourne call centre successfully campaigned to be paid their meal allowance when rostered to work on public holidays.

Their manager was not correctly interpreting the clause on meal allowances as set out in the IAG Enterprise Agreement.

Staff will now be correctly paid their entitlement of $14.90 each time they are rostered to work on a Public Holiday
