Two members at NAB who were on PIP (Performance Improvement Program) asked FSU to negotiate payouts for them.

The union negotiated sums of $28,433.03 and $18,000 for the two members.

Both members claimed their placement on PIP was unwarranted, and this appears to be reflected in the payout amounts negotiated.
