Enterprise Bargaining for a new ANZ Agreement has begun.

This process will give FSU members an opportunity to better allow for a satisfactory balance between work and personal commitments.

FSU will bargain for better workloads, hours, career breaks and job share arrangements.

FSU will bargain to have all employees – including those on TEC-packages - covered by the new ANZ Enterprise Agreement.
