ANZ Staffing, Overtime, Redundancy, Redeployment & Retrenchment
FSU organisers around the country are currently conducting a national staffing audit of ANZ retail branches.
The purpose of the audit is to take a snapshot of a large sample of branches, to determine staffing levels, access to relief staff, and access to paid overtime, between now and the end of the year.
Branches will be contacted again in the new year to establish if there has been any change to staffing levels since the original audit was conducted.
The findings will be communicated to members, and to the bank, so that any issues that are uncovered in the process can be addressed.
