FSU organisers around the country conducted a national staffing audit of ANZ retail branches.

The purpose of the audit was to take a snapshot of a large sample of branches, to determine staffing levels, access to relief staff, and access to paid overtime. 

Branches were be contacted twice to establish if there had been any change to staffing levels since the original audit was conducted.
