In 2009 the FSU undertook a comprehensive Staffing Audit of ANZ branches to assess staffing and relief in the retail network, a comprehensive report was then presented to the bank.

In 2011 the FSU will undertake a second audit so that we can compare the data to see if there have been any changes to staffing and relief, again we will be presenting a full report to the bank.

FSU Organisers will be out visiting the retail network over the next 3 months talking to members about their staffing levels and how this affects their ability to access leave and meet targets or is causing excessive overtime to be worked.
 
Where understaffing is identified as an issue for a particular branch, organisers will work with the staff and management to resolve the issue.
