With increasing living costs and pressures on staff to work harder than ever to drive ANZ’s record profi ts year after year, ANZ employees deserve to be rewarded for hard work and loyalty.

In this agreement, Union members at ANZ demand a fair share.

A fair share means:

A decent pay increase for everyone covered by the agreement Better job security

Negotiations with ANZ for a new Collective Employment Agreement are at a critical point, and the FSU now knows what ANZ’s agenda is.

What ANZ’s Negative Agenda means for you:

NO guaranteed across the board pay increase
NO adjustment to the minimum salary
NO pay increase for up to 10% of employees
NO improved job security in uncertain times

Last year, ANZ made $109,526.34 profit per employee. This year the number will be even higher. You helped achieve that profit  - is a pay increase of between 0-3.5% a fair return on that effort? Is it a fair share? NO!
