CBA Staffing & Overtime Audit

FSU organisers around the country are conducted a national staffing audit of CBA retail branches.
The purpose of the audit was to take a snapshot of a large sample of branches, to determine staffing levels, access to relief staff, and access to paid overtime.
Branches were contacted twice to establish if there had been any change to staffing levels since the original audit was conducted.
The report is being finalised, and the findings will be communicated to members, and to the bank, so that any issues that are uncovered in the process can be addressed.
