	Jeanette Alterator FSU member over 26 yrs. Unofficial rep for about 20 yrs & on an official capacity for a little more than 2 yrs. Originally employed by NRMA Travel, moving onto Touring & then Retail Sales & Service/Marketing. For the past 3.5 yrs working with IAG National Claims Underwriting. Motto: Have a question? Always ask it!
	Sue Beck I joined IAG in September 2005 as a Sales Consultant at Hurstville TBC. I am currently working as a Service Consultant and became an FSU Rep in August 2009.
	Tracey Bromhead Business Consultant at NRMA Jesmond branch for 20 years. Long term Union Member and Representative.
	Wendy Conlan I am a Claims Consultant at Hurstville. I have worked in Motor Claims and am now working in Home Claims. I have been a Union Rep for the past 2 years. I am the Insurance President of the NSW/ACT branch and was recently voted in as the President of the National Insurance Council.
	Magdalene Eleutheriades I have been working in the branch network at IAG for 16 years. I had previously worked in banking for 9 years. Altogether I have 25 years union membership and became a Union Rep a year ago.
	Marco Gagliardi I am currently a Homes Claims Consultant. I have 16 years experience with NRMA have worked in NRMA Retail branches across Sydney metro in time of need and now work in Home Claims. I joined the union many years ago and have been a rep for 2 years.
	Albert Khalil I am currently a Service Consultant at IAG TBC Hurstville, NSW. I have been an active union member within various industries for more than 27 years and now an active Union Representative for FSU.
	Lynne O’Brien I am a Customer Service Consultant at Hurstville and have been with IAG for 4.5 years. I have been a Union Rep since August 2009.
