I want an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement at bcu
Thursday, 13 October 2011
An Enterprise Bargaining Agreement is a collective agreement between an employer and their employees that determines wages and terms and conditions of employment for employees who are covered by it. Enterprise Bargaining Agreements have to provide the employees they cover with wages and terms and conditions of employment that are better off overall than the employee would be entitled to under an Award.
Where a majority of employees of an employer want to bargain for an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement, employees can initiate bargaining with their employer, either by negotiation or by obtaining an order from Fair Work Australia.
By providing your details in the online form below you are indicating that you want to bargain for an Enterprise Agreement to cover employees of bcu (Bananacoast Community Credit Union Limited) and support the FSU applying for orders to start bargaining.
Please complete by no later than Friday 21 October 2011
