Pay @ IAG Survey Results
We’ve had hundreds of responses to the Pay at IAG Survey:
- 52% said that the pay system doesn’t reward them fairly for the job they do
- 42% said that the pay system lacks transparency or they didn’t know how their pay rate is worked out
- 22% said they didn’t know or where not sure how to describe the pay system
- 18% said that they got paid about the market average
- 4% said that the pay system delivers them above market rates pay
Changes we’d like to see to the pay system at IAG:
- 82% said that there should be guaranteed pay increases to keep in touch with the cost of living
- 57% said that there should be guaranteed reward for good performance.
- 55% said that they want clearer information on how pay increasesare worked out.
