Staff are not rewarded adequately or fairly at IAG. There seems to be more duplicity than transparency in my department. IAG is in the dark ages with salaries. Perhaps if they spent less on telling staff how great they are, and actually compensated staff with a competitive salary, they would attract and retain a high calibre of staff.

I work in a call centre where we have had increased targets imposed without consultation. The justification being, that a majority of people are either making or exceeding the targets.
In fact, it has been suggested that excess time spent with customers will be disregarded if targets are achieved.
While junior management try to make the place as pleasant & "fun' as possible "dogs bark & money speaks".
