bcu Enterprise Agreement 2011

FSU came up to bcu in 2009 to talk to you about negotiating an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) to secure your terms and conditions of employment.  Unfortunately at that time there weren’t enough staff interested in participating in the process to progress.

Things have changed considerably at bcu over the past 2 years and when we came to talk to you about what it’s like to work at bcu earlier this year lots of you were interested in making bcu a better place to work.

You’ve been telling us about how much you’d love to wake up and go to a workplace where you’re valued and you have the time and support to give bcu members the best possible service.

Through the process of enterprise bargaining we will work with you and with bcu to ensure that your working conditions are protected.  We’ll negotiate an open and transparent dispute resolution procedure to raise issues with management when things aren’t great.  We will work with you and your FSU representatives to secure a great agreement with your help and support.

There are many ways you can get involved in the campaign.

Check in to this page regularly throughout the campaign, you’ll find important information about activities you should participate in, information about who your FSU reps are and how to contact them, as well as updates on which stage the campaign has reached.
