Very few finance sector organisations will fill a position without first interviewing candidates. So how do you prepare for an interview?

There are several types of interviews, including those held by telephone, one-to-one, panel and group interviews. Often, an individual applicant will be required to participate in a series of interviews as the field is narrowed down. Sometimes interviews are carried out on behalf of an employer by an employment agency. Although interviews may vary in many ways there are some things that you can do to make the interview less stressful and more successful.
