The Chifley/FSU Diploma of Project Management
The Diploma of Project Management is an online, flexible, self-paced program, which offers you a nationally recognised qualification.
Modules
The program consists of 7 online modules. These modules are designed to develop your skills in managing project scope, schedules, cost, quality, communications, contracts and risk. The activities and assessment in each will allow you to develop and apply the skills and knowledge you need to confidently monitor, control and manage your projects. All assessments can be submitted online. Modules 1-6 can be done in any order; Module 7 addresses how all the project management processes are integrated and must be completed last.

• Module 4 – Manage project human resources and project communications
• Module 5 – Manage project risk
• Module 6 – Manage project procurement
• Module 7 – Manage the integration of project processes
Our Course Provider
The FSU’s partner in delivering this program is the Chifley Business School, which operates the largest formally accredited management education program in Australia. This program is accredited by the Australian Training Authority (ANTA) and there are no formal entry criteria.
Recognition:
Chifley is a registered education provider with the Project Management Institute (USA). This program is recognized by PMI and is also endorsed by the Australian Institute of Project Management.
Fees
For 2007/2008, fees are as follows:
FSU members $440 per module
Others $550 per module
