SUPERPARTNERS - CONTACT CENTRE STAFF - Your Vote Is Required!

The Finance sector Union and the FSU reps have been meeting with Superpartners to discuss and work through your concerns regarding the requirement for you to log on to your computers and phones prior to your rostered start times in order to be ready to take calls at the start of your shift.
In an attempt to resolve this dispute Superpartners have offered to increase contact centre employee’s tea breaks from two 10 minute breaks a day to the following:
1x 10 minute morning tea break and 1 x 15 minute afternoon tea break
The FSU have committed to taking this offer out to a vote ,and we will report back to management by the 9th September 2011.
