FSU members in Launceston have continued to send their feedback to Westpac regarding its proposed changes to weekends and night loadings.

Stories from members of the personal and family impact of the proposed changes has helped FSU negotiators in seeking improvements and it's clear Westpac has listened.

Westpac has announced that they wish to address the concerns raised by Launceston employees affected by the proposed reduction in loadings and will present details of an "updated proposal" next week.

The FSU appreciates that the proposed changes have caused a great deal of uncertainty for many employees. Members should be proud that they have raised their collective voice and participated in the process in a constructive way.
