The FSU and Bankwest have been in a number of meetings to progress negotiations for a new Bankwest Agreement.

The FSU bargaining team has presented to Bankwest the FSU claim, which focuses on improving the issues you said were important to you:

• PAY
• JOB SECURITY
• WORK LIFE BALANCE

The negotiations are progressing well and both parties are aiming to fi nalise a new Agreement before the current Enterprise Agreement expires on 13th December 2010. The FSU and Bankwest have met on 6 occasions, with further bargaining meetings being scheduled.

It is important at this point in the negotiations that you continue to provide feedback on what is happening in your workplace.
