The FSU and ANZ have agreed to meet on 15 July to allow time for ANZ to propose remuneration arrangements for the new Agreement. Negotiations have continued to progress on several issues such as break arrangements and sick leave arrangements  as well as other minor issues.

ANZ have provided the FSU with an amended draft including all preliminary agreed positions in preparation for continued negotiations in mid July. Discussions during July will primarily revolve around pay and dispute resolution.

Whilst some outstanding points still require negotiation, discussions are progressing in a positive fashion. The FSU and ANZ agree that the negotiations are continuing to move forward and are working toward broader discussions and consultation with staff in the near future.
