Thank you to everyone who provided their feedback on the Collective Agreement proposal. The FSU and ANZ met on Monday to discuss the feedback from the consultation on the proposal. Whilst there was some feedback on several issues, ANZ has decided not to alter the Agreement in any significant way.

What happens Now?

You will soon receive, or have direct access to a final copy of the Agreement. You will have a minimum of 7 days to has access to a copy of the agreement and adequate time to consider the contents of the agreement, and ask any further questions.  Following that the ballot will be open for 7 days for all staff covered by the agreement to place their vote.

This is your first chance in over ten years to vote on your pay and conditions at ANZ and we encourage you all to participate in the ballot.
