CBA Enterprise Agreement 2010: Ballot continues – Have you voted?
Thursday, 9 September 2010
Voting on the new Enterprise Agreement negotiated by the Finance Sector Union and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia has progressed into its third day. Only 3 more days remain for the 17,000 eligible employees to vote on the new Enterprise Agreement.
Have Your Say
The new agreement, the first to be negotiated since 2002, contains vast improvements to pay and conditions including access to an independent umpire to resolve disputes and the retainment of your entitlement to taxis home if your work past 7.30pm.
Staff will also receive the negotiated salary increases backdated to 1 July 2010 once this agreement is voted in favour.
CBA has authorised time for staff to lodge their vote.
