Thursday, 4 June 2009
Enterprise Bargaining between FSU and ANZ starts in June.
Measures to ensure that targets are achievable will be a main focus of FSU’s bargaining claim. The claim will include:
Fair and transparent performance review processes
FSU will bargain to ensure that factors outside employees’ control will be taken into account during performance assessment; such as – staffing numbers, market factors, regional and other geographic factors, level of training, employee’s experience and time away from work
Achievable performance measures
FSU will bargain to ensure that targets are mutually agreed as well as realistic and achievable in ordinary working hours.
Training
FSU will bargain to ensure that performance expectations are underpinned by adequate training and skills development.
FSU will bargain to have all employees – including those on TEC-packages - covered by the new ANZ Enterprise Agreement.
