As communicated last week FSU  and ME have concluded negotiations for a new Enterprise Agreement.   Next week meetings will be held  around the country to consult with  you about the details of the proposed  new Agreement, hear your feedback and discuss with you the next  steps in the process.

As you are aware these negotiations have taken longer than we anticipated and have been complicated by uncertainty in the market and within ME Bank who were waiting for decisions from their key stakeholders.  It is important that you attend the briefing in your state so that we can discuss these issues with you and explain the delay.  FSU Organisers will be conducting consultation meetings next week in each state where they will take you through the proposed changes to the Agreement.  Keep an eye out for details of day and time of your meeting.  These will be paid time meetings and we encourage all members to attend.
