The McNair research undertaken in April this year identified the key issues that NAB members feel should be considered for the 2011 Enterprise Agreement. The survey demonstrated startling views on the effect offshoring has on both staff and customers.

NAB employees have identified these key issues with offshoring:

• 94% of FSU members surveyed believe that NAB should keep jobs in Australia.
• 83% said having to deal with offshore workers made serving their customers more difficult
• 68% said they had received customer complaints about NAB offshoring functions and jobs
• 8% said that offshoring jobs has improved customer service at NAB
