NAB Enterprise Agreement - How does Offshoring affect you?

Your Enterprise Agreement will expire at the end of this year. It is time for FSU members to let NAB know what issues are most important to you.
 
Offshoring affects how secure you feel in your job. The McNair research undertaken in April this year, showed startling views on the effect Offshoring has on both staff and customers.

NAB employees have identified these key issues with offshoring:

  • 94% of FSU members surveyed believe that NAB should keep jobs in Australia.
  • 68% said they had experienced customers complaining about offshoring functions and jobs
  • 83% said having to deal with offshore workers made serving their customers more difficult
  • 8% said that Offshoring jobs has improved customer service at NAB
