St George Collective Agreement 2010 - Negotations Begin

 The FSU recently met St George bank to start negotiations for a new Agreement.

The four FSU Reps presented to St George the claim that was developed and endorsed overwhelmingly by FSU members.

The FSU Claim for the new Agreement includes:

  • A guaranteed annual 4% pay increase for all employees
  • Better access to career development opportunities
  • Fair and achievable performance objectives that are adjusted for all approved leave absences
  • Proper protections on the use of flexi part-time staff in BankSA
  • Greater job security


The bank has committed to seriously consider the claims that have been put forward by the FSU Representatives. Over the coming weeks the FSU will be updating the progress of negotiations, as well as highlighting key elements of the FSU claim.
