FSU members will be wearing “Real Pay for Real People” stickers over the next fortnight in their workplaces to send a clear message to IAG that they want a transparent pay system with guaranteed annual increases that keeps up with rising inflation.

What can you do to get fair pay at IAG?

• Wear your sticker and show IAG that you support the FSU pay claim. This activity will send a clear signal to IAG that staff are serious about wanting real pay and not accepting the complex system that is currently in place which is highly discretionary and hard to understand.

• Talk to your FSU rep or organiser about this sticker activity and make sure you get all of your colleagues on board so we can negotiate a better pay system in the next IAG Enterprise Agreement.
