FSU has regular discussions with Bendigo Bank with a focus on improving employment conditions at your workplace. To inform those discussions Bendigo Bank staff are invited to provide feedback to FSU through this survey. or call the FSU Member Rights Centre on 1300 366 378.

There are no right or wrong answers and your responses will remain confidential. Results will be provided to Bendigo Bank and published in a collated form only, individuals will not be identified.

2. Hours & Workloads
a) The process for rostering hours is fair for all employees in my workplace
b) I always get paid for the hours I work including any overtime
c) I always get to take my ‘paid rest break’ entitlement
d) Branch staffing relief to cover absences is readily available
e) Staffing levels are sufficient to meet customer service expectations
