Until 8pm Tonight you have the capacity to vote on a new Collective Agreement at ANZ for the first time since 1998. If you have not received access details to cast your vote, or access to a copy of the Agreement, you should contact ANZ immediately. 

The FSU ANZ National Enterprise Council delegates have endorsed this Agreement. Whilst the Agreement doesn't deliver everything FSU members asked for FSU believes it is an important step forward for members at ANZ and we encourage your positive vote on the new Agreement. The proposed Agreement delivers: 

• New minimum salary rates 
• An independent umpire (Fair Work Australia) who will, for the first time, be able to arbitrate on a large number of workplace issues.
