What do you want in a New Agreement?

The Westpac and St George Enterprise Agreements both expire on 31 December 2012. 

The FSU is preparing the claim to be put to the bank for a new Agreement. 

This is your chance to protect and improve your legally enforceable rights regarding issues like pay increases, job security and your conditions at work. 

The FSU – Helping You Have Your Say 

The FSU will hold widespread consultation and discussion with members to hear what you want in a new Agreement. This includes: 

• Discussions in the workplace
• FSU phone surveys of members
• Online/electronic surveying where discussions and phone surveys are not possible

We want to make sure that every member has the chance to have their say so that it can be put together into a claim that will go to members for approval.
