Would you like the opportunity to work with NAB employees across Australia to promote and improve health and safety at work?

Nominations are currently being called to fill a vacancy for a Health and Safety Representative (HSR) role in Group Business Services (DWG 1) – this covers People & Culture, Lending Services, Next Gen Platform, Banking & Payment Services and, Servco. As a HSR you will receive paid training to fulfil your role. You will gain expertise in OHS issues and be involved in the ongoing promotion of improved health and safety at NAB, liaising with your colleagues across the country. OHS legislation also enables HSRs to participate in a range of OHS activities, including sitting on the NAB National Health and Safety Committee.
 
As an FSU endorsed and promoted HSR, you can also assist in the broader health and safety agenda across the Union and through the FSU–NAB Local and National Enterprise Councils.

If more than one nomination is received by NAB, FSU will support you as an endorsed FSU nominee in an election.
