Support the Occupational Health and Safety of Finance Sector Employees

Be part of the campaign to protect your union’s right to prosecute breaches of the OH&S legislation.
Many unions use the existing right to win changes to industry standards for improved health and safety for workers.
This video tells a story about the new star of the small screen our own Dawn Chamberlain – and how FSU has used the laws to make Banks improve safety for Bank employees.
Don’t keep this a secret! The Federal Government wants to remove this right and allow only individual workers to prosecute employers. Imagine how it would be for individual workers to achieve such a significant change in standards. This is a dumb change by the Federal Government and a backward step in protecting employees from dangers.
Spread the word, share the video and sign the petition.
Former bank teller Dawn Chamberlain has been held up at gunpoint on numerous occasions.
Dawn knows the devastating effect of workplace safety breaches, that's why she's fighting the federal government's changes to health and safety laws.
We need YOU to join the campaign. Sign the e-petition at www.dontriskoursafety.com.au/dawn/
and email this video to your friends.
NSW has the nation's best workplace safety laws - they're worth fighting for.
