Have you completed our Enterprise Agreement survey? With negotiations for a new Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Enterprise Agreement due to commence in early 2023, now is the time to tell us what is important to you, what changes are needed, and what improvements you want to see at Bendigo.
The Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Enterprise Agreement includes important working conditions like rates of pay, yearly pay increases, hours of work, leave entitlements, redundancy entitlements, flexible work, and penalty rates (to name a few).
The feedback provided will be collated and used to develop a log of claims – this is a summary of what FSU members will be seeking and fighting for during the negotiations.
