While we’ve held many conferences in the past, this will be our very first Congress and the first time we are coming together since our recent rules change.

FSU Delegates will represent our members from across all facets of the finance industry at Congress, where we will work together to set the direction of our union for the next four years.

Our newly formed FSU Committees will be front and centre at this year’s Congress. These committees help give FSU the capacity to identify ourselves, make connections with other members, and create activism around issues that matter to us.

Delegates will have various opportunities to find out more about our committees and participate in those that reflect your interests or issues that are close to your heart.

We’ve got some fantastic and engaging speakers lined up for our first National Congress... from ACTU Secretary Sally McManus to a Tik Tok superstar!

There are also a number of interactive workshops facilitated by industry specialists and experts in their fields. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and get hands on in the topic of your choice.
