bcu Enterprise Agreement 2020
bcu’s refusal to negotiate a new enterprise agreement for the past 5 years, leaving employees with inferior terms and conditions, is about to change. Let’s get ready to negotiate a new enterprise agreement that will see improvements to your terms and conditions including pay.
Following the merger of bcu and Western Australia based Police and Nurses (P&N) Bank, the parent company has indicated a willingness to negotiate a new enterprise agreement.
It has been proposed that all East Coast employees will be covered by the new agreement if they move into the newly created company, P&N Recruitment Pty Ltd.
