Over the course of bargaining for our new Enterprise Agreement, FSU members have secured significant improvements to terms and conditions at AustralianSuper.

This package includes hard fought for improvements to pay, consultation, parental leave and more.
A confidential ballot for all colleagues will open on Thursday 21st November and close on the evening of Wednesday 27th November. The EA will obtain agreement if a majority of the employees who participate, vote in favour of the EA. We encourage everyone to vote as this is the culmination of the claims you logged and fought for.
The Australian Election Company has been engaged to facilitate the ballot. They are an independent organisation and you will receive an email from them with the details on how to vote. Your vote will be kept completely confidential.
If you don’t receive your email on Wednesday 20th of November, please contact People and Culture, and your local FSU Reps as soon as possible.
