The number of COVID-19 outbreaks across Melbourne is distressing. I’ve heard from members that anxiety is rising for those of you on the frontline.
As workers in the midst of this health crisis, it is time for your employer to recognise your commitment and the risk you take to your health and safety.
We call on your employer to agree to a $5 per hour Essential Allowance for the duration of this pandemic.
