ANZ has recently announced that many staff working from home will transition back to their offices through to January and February 2021. This will potentially impact thousands of staff across the country performing back office functions and call centre duties.
The Coronavirus pandemic has seen a massive increase in working from home arrangements across the industry. FSU members have expressed a variety of experiences and views around working from home. These views range from workplace health and safety concerns and work-life balance considerations, through to requesting the option to continue working from home in some capacity into the future.
