Have Your Say

ANZ is proposing to vary your current Enterprise Agreement to extend it until September 2018.

Voting on the proposed variation to the Enterprise Agreement starts today. To vote, go to www.myvote.com.au/anz and enter your surname and ANZ Employee ID.

Voting is open from today until 11.59pm on Tuesday 19 September 2017.

Your elected union representatives on the Local Enterprise Councils and National Enterprise Council support the proposed variation, and encourage you to vote yes.

What’s in the Proposed Variation?

An extension of the current Enterprise Agreement until September 2018 with the following changes:

  • A 3% pay increase if you are non-market rated and in Group 5 or Group 6;
  • A 3% increase to the salary grade minimum and maximum rates;
  • Continuation of the existing Flexi Part Time trial in the retail network; and
  • Grandfathering district allowances, which means that any new staff in locations attracting the district allowance will not receive those entitlements.
