Yesterday, ANZ Suncorp management asked employees to provide feedback on the proposed Suncorp Bank Enterprise Agreement 2025 via a survey in an attempt to gauge voting preferences.
The FSU has concerns about the lack of transparency and confidentiality surrounding this survey. We’ve written to management seeking urgent clarification about who will have access to the responses and how the survey is being managed.
Management knows the issues
It’s time for management to stop distracting from the real issues. Instead of running internal surveys with no clear safeguards or transparency, they should respond to the feedback we’ve raised at the bargaining table and improve their offer.
We are meeting with management today and again on Friday, where we will be pushing hard for an Agreement that delivers real outcomes for employees, including:
- Salary increases that deliver real-world wage growth for all employees
- Protections around hours of work
- Working from home rights
- Greater rights to overtime, TOIL and breaks
- Improved work/life balance measures.
Report-back sessions
The FSU will hold urgent report-back meetings early next week to update you on our discussions – keep an eye out for details.
If you’re not already part of the team working together for a fair deal at Suncorp Bank, join the FSU today.
