LIVE FSU MEETING

Are Frontline Finance
Workers Essential?

Fellow Finance Workers,

Join us for an FSU Live Event as we answer this questionWhy aren’t finance sector bosses paying our frontline colleagues a COVID Essential Allowance like the major retailers are?

If branch bank workers, like other retail workers, continue to serve the community amidst a global pandemic, then why aren’t they recognised as essential? We don’t hear Governments and the general public acknowledging this, and worse, the big banks fail to recognise their own frontline staff.

Join us in a conversation with Michele O’Neil, Australian Council of Trade Unions President, Ged Kearney, Federal Member for Cooper, and Julia Angrisano, National Secretary of our Finance Sector Union as we attempt to put this question to rest once and for all.

5:00PM AEST, Friday, 21 August 2020 – Register your attendance here.

Share this event with everyone you know.

Listen to Liz, a fellow Victorian colleague, share her story on the frontline:
