Over the past few months, the FSU has been discussing our Enterprise Agreement…
We are voting NO to ART’s Enterprise Agreement proposal.
ART’s proposal does not respect us and the contribution we make to the Fund.
ART’s proposal will see our pay go backwards in real terms and do nothing to address staffing and unpaid overtime issues.
Management has also completely backflipped on the flexibility and work from home clause we had agreed on in February.
