AustralianSuper: Let’s set the record straight – ‘no office attendance mandate’

Did you hear about Peter Curtis’ comments at the recent Town Hall, where he raised the potential for staff to come into the office 50% of their time?

We understand members are worried about a potential office attendance mandate, so let’s set the record straight.

Our Enterprise Agreement clearly outlines that the Fund does not mandate colleagues attend the office for a certain percentage or number of working days.

In addition, we wrote to Chief Colleague Officer Michele Glover and she clarified that “the Fund is not considering an office attendance mandate”.

We know office attendance mandates have happened at other workplaces recently, so it’s great we have confirmation this will not take place at AusSuper.

If you are feeling any pressure about your office attendance or have any concerns, please reply to this email or reach out to your FSU Organiser Laf Zuccarello on 0434 160 523 or [email protected]. If you’re not a member, make sure you join today
