Aware Super Enterprise Agreement 2020: Several roles to be excluded from Collective Agreement

Aware Super have commenced negotiations with the Finance Sector Union (FSU) for a new enterprise agreement.

However the fund wants to exclude several roles from the proposed agreement. This means hundreds of employees will miss out on the benefits of the proposed new agreement.

We are all in this together

FSU members have strongly rejected Aware Super’s proposal. This is a strategy designed to divide us. This impacts us all – those that they want to exclude and the rest of us who will be in a weaker position. We are all in this together.
