Aware Super seeks to exclude staff from the new EA

The FSU, is currently negotiating a new enterprise agreement with Aware Super.

However, Aware Super are pushing to exclude most employees from this agreement and force them on to individual contracts with reduced benefits. When pushed to include more staff, Aware Super wish to include terms and conditions in this agreement that are unacceptable.

We are extremely disappointed by the position that Aware Super are taking, and we are determined to fight for a fair and reasonable agreement that covers as many staff as possible.

Our Union, acting on behalf of FSU members, has entered into voluntary mediation with Aware Super to discuss and overcome the major roadblocks in this process and move forward for the benefit of  FSU members. If you are not yet an FSU member, join now and support the team working for you.
