Negotiations for a new Enterprise Agreement (EA) covering pay and working conditions have begun between our union and Aware Super management. The first four sessions have been spent discussing who should and shouldn’t be covered by the EA.
Our union is not interested in having the workplace divided, we all deserve to be covered by the agreement with fair conditions.
If you are a financial planner or advisor, Aware Super wants to exclude you.
If you are a manager, team leader, or work in people and culture, they want to exclude you.
If you work in a slew of roles across the business unit, (roles can be found here), Aware Super wants to exclude you.
We can negotiate variations that apply to different roles or teams within an EA, but everyone should be included.

Our next bargaining session will take place on 2 February 2021, when we will start discussions on hours of work, annual leave, and super. If you’d like to get more involved, please indicate so on the survey.
