Will Damien Walsh listen to us?

Last week we had a meeting about the recent directive to keep working 3 days a week in the office despite the public health advice. We were all expressing similar things at our meeting – that we want Damien Walsh and the executive team to follow the advice of the Chief Medical Officer and allow us to work from home where this is possible.

ANZ, Westpac, Bank of Queensland, IAG and others have already told staff they can work from home during this current BA.4 and BA.5 outbreak – Bank Australia should too.

On Monday our union, the FSU, wrote to Damien Walsh asking him to follow the current health advice, but we need more of us to voice our concerns to send a stronger message together.
