After months of negotiations, we have been left with no choice but to lodge a dispute against CBA at the Fair Work Commission on behalf of Bankwest members.
Since May, we’ve been negotiating hard on the issues that matter most to you in our new Bankwest Enterprise Agreement. While we’ve made some progress, it’s not nearly enough. The bank needs to do more to protect our working conditions otherwise we’ll just turn into CBA Lite.
