Last week we resumed bargaining for a new agreement and have additional meetings scheduled for the 7th and 13th of February.
The next few weeks are going to be crucial to making sure NAB comes to the table with a fair offer that recognises and respects our contribution. It’s critical that our pay keeps ahead of the cost of living, addresses the excessive hours we work, and sets concrete targets to address gender pay inequality.
